Hi Laura, I tried to join in on the tweet and don’t think I was part of it. I have never done twitter so I am a total newbie. I started an account and tried to join the discussion, but I never saw my tweet pop up in with the others and no one ever responded. Any suggestions?

What username did you sign up with at Twitter? Chat was kind of crazy today. I do want you to be able to participate later though if you can. Email me at ppdacceptance(@)gmail.com so we can get this worked out (hopefully) by 830pm EST. Twitter can take some getting used to. The most important thing is to always type #PPDChat in any update/comment you want to be included in the chat. Everyone is following this term and it should get seen by someone.

I just wanted to let you know that I love PPDchat and that it helps me so much to have people voicing similar opinions/fears/etc as me. I wish I had have found it earlier when I was really struggling. 8 months on and I’m past the fog but I still get those set backs occassionally. What you are doing really matters and helps. Thank you.

I’m so glad you found #PPDChat yesterday. I look forward to seeing you again!

When I was struggling, the one thing I wanted more than any other was to talk to another mom who was struggling just like me. It’s the driving force behind everything I do related to PPD. I’m determined to not let anyone suffer alone.

Looking forward to getting to know you on Twitter!
